Our Specialised Fabrication division’s primary focus is on detailing, procuring, fabricating and installing complex steel projects. Our services cover Queensland from our Brisbane facility, where we offer a wide range of options. In addition to standard carbon steel materials, our metal fabricating factory can cater custom orders with more specific configurations and materials if needed! These including hood work, duct supports for ventilation systems to provide cleaner air, fabricated plate works such as bins & hoppers or any other medium structural pieces you may need like access platforms, conveyor gantry's guards, etc.
Our experienced and capable welding team can fabricate any complex or precise steel construction projects with various steels, including exotic steels required for high-temperature operations.
HVAC Australia is certified by Weld Australia to AS/NZS ISO 3834:2 - Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials - comprehensive quality requirements. Certification increases the technical knowledge of all welding personnel and considers all aspects affecting weld quality. ISO 3834 certification controls the entire lifecycle of the welding process, from design right through to inspection offering our clients reassurance with regards to the provision of quality fabricated products.

Our purpose built facility is one of the largest in Brisbane boasting a steel fabrication workshop with 6,000m2 under hook, a 25,000m2 lay down area, and ten overhead cranes on-site. This allows us to complete projects others simply can't.
